Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our production and facility operations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and completing basic mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment. Additional responsibilities include general building and facility maintenance, along with other duties as assigned.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and complete basic mechanical and electrical repairs

• Conduct general building and facility maintenance

• Read, interpret, and understand technical documents, equipment manuals, and electrical/parts drawings

• Utilize basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of single‑phase electrical systems

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to understand technical diagrams and documentation

• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, climb, and/or sit for extended periods

• Ability to lift/move items up to 75 lbs

• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights

• Valid driver’s license
