We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience handling general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting
- Perform appliance repairs and maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction
- Complete assigned work orders and maintenance requests on time
- Help maintain the overall appearance and function of the apartment community
- Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance needs
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and building codes
Requirements:
- 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
- Own a set of basic tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during a Monday-Friday schedule
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- No on-call or weekend work required
