Monocle Talent is recruiting a Real Estate Operations Manager for a growing organization in Lancaster County.

This is a very unique role.
\n
\n
This is a broad, hands-on position for someone who likes variety. You'll work closely with leadership across a portfolio of properties and business ventures, taking the lead on everything from day-to-day property needs to larger real estate and development projects.

THE ROLE

\n

- Keep a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties running smoothly
- Lead property upgrades, repairs, and other projects from start to finish
- Help assess potential real estate purchases and new investment opportunities
- Work through the details of land deals, leases, easements, rights-of-way, and related agreements
- Serve as the point person with contractors, municipalities, engineers, attorneys, utilities, and other outside partners
- Assist with new sites and projects tied to energy and telecommunications
- Keep leadership informed on active projects, properties, and investments

THE IDEAL BACKGROUND
\n
\n
We're open to candidates from real estate, development, property operations, construction, or similar. The right person will be organized, comfortable juggling multiple projects, confident working with outside partners, and willing to get out from behind the desk when a project requires it. Experience with land development, real estate transactions, easements/ROWs, or investment analysis would be especially valuable.

This role is based in Lancaster, PA and is an "onsite / in-office" role with travel to difference properties. For more information, please apply!
