Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Clean breezeways, common areas, and exterior amenities
- Assist with light landscaping tasks as needed
- Support maintenance and office staff with basic tasks
- Ensure the property remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents and visitors
Requirements
- Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight when needed
