Schedule
- Full time. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends (flexibility and schedule support from the team).
What you’ll do
- Give friendly, energetic property tours and present available units in a way that makes prospects say “this is the one.”
- Use OneSite for CRM, data entry, and lease documentation (we’ll train you).
- Respond to resident and prospect inquiries quickly and professionally; help resolve issues with care.
- Keep leasing activities compliant with Fair Housing rules.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely resolution of resident needs.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of leases, communications, and files.
- Create engaging social media content to showcase the property and attract new residents.
- Help with other tasks that keep the community running smoothly.
Who we’re looking for
- People‑first attitude — friendly, polished, and professional.
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships.
- Comfortable learning new software (OneSite) and creating social content.
- Reliable and detail‑oriented with a service mindset.
- Previous leasing or customer service experience is a plus — but not required.
