Porter/Groundskeeper
Now Hiring: Company: BG Staffing
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Overview
BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily community while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, breezeways, parking lots, and grounds
- Remove trash and debris from the property
- Assist with apartment turns and maintenance support tasks
- Keep amenities clean and presentable
- Report any safety concerns or property issues
- Support the maintenance team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
