Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, and leases to ensure smooth closings
• Educate buyers on local market trends and guide them through the home-buying process
• Assist buyers with budgeting and mortgage options
• Act as the trusted liaison between buyers and sellers for seamless transactions
• Host and participate in open houses, showings, and property tours
• Consistently follow up and stay top-of-mind using our proven CRM systems
• Deliver 5-star customer service that turns clients into lifelong fans and referral sources
• Keep your calendar full with ready-to-go appointments we provide
• Engage in ongoing Academy Sales Training and team meetings to stay sharp

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of real estate success (1+ years buyer’s agent or relevant experience preferred)
• Licensed Real Estate Agent with a strong understanding of the local market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — relationship-building is your superpower
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed goals
