Compensation:
$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist the Community Manager in implementing projects that enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, Board Members, and vendors to foster a sense of community pride.
- Address and resolve resident inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Organize and participate in community events to promote engagement and a positive neighborhood atmosphere.
- Monitor property maintenance and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Prepare and manage reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records for community operations and projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on community association management.
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with homeowners and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively draft and distribute community communications.
- Ability to coordinate and attend meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships, including soliciting proposals and evaluating performance.
- Ability to support financial management tasks, such as budget preparation and invoice processing, with accuracy and efficiency.
