Talento Search Group has an opening for an PLC Maintenance Technician in the Newnan, Georgia area. This position will be responsible for PLC troubleshooting, process improvements, editing PLC programs, and writing some PLC programs. This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $40-45 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Edit logic for HMI displays for machines and remote interfaces
- Assist with manufacturing set-up & inspection of equipment
- Development & Creation of BOMs
- Creation of quality / inspection documentation
- Strong electrical troubleshooting / repair of PLCs and HMI's
Education & Experience
- Associates Degree in Automation or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years related experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with ABB, Siemens, Pro-Logic or Similar
- Prior electrical maintenance experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems w/ Factory Talk or similar
- Knowledge of Manufacturing R & D processes a plus
