Pay: $22-$24/hr (Starting at $22/hr)
Full-Time Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a large apartment community currently in the lease-up phase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, follows direction well, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
- Troubleshoot and repair household appliances
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with painting and touch-up projects
- Support property upkeep during the lease-up process
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or related fields
- Strong painting experience preferred
- Appliance repair knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the team
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
