Role Overview

As a Commercial Association Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial associations—industrial, office, medical, and retail. You’ll work closely with board members, property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier property management services and ensure our client assets are well-managed, compliant, and profitable.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for association board members and property owners
  • Lead vendor bidding, selection, and coordination
  • Oversee capital improvement and maintenance projects
  • Conduct physical property inspections
  • Manage CC&R compliance, collections, and lease administration
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and CAM reconciliations
  • Organize and facilitate association board meetings, including minutes and elections
  • Ensure timely invoicing and expense approvals through Yardi/Payscan
  • Support internal teams including accounting, leasing, and maintenance


What We’re Looking For

✅ 7+ years of commercial property/association management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of CC&Rs, lease provisions, budgeting, and vendor relations

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience a plus

✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
