Join an AM200 firm in Miami as a Land Use & Zoning Associate within its Land Development & Government Relations practice, working as part of a specialist team on significant residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

\n
This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with around two years' experience to build deep expertise in land use and zoning, with a clear path for progression and the mentorship to get there.

The team advises developers, landowners and institutional clients on high-profile projects across Florida. Associates work alongside experienced partners and benefit from strong training, hands-on mentoring and meaningful responsibility from the outset.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and process development applications for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Assist with zoning, planning and permitting approvals
- Support clients on code enforcement and ancillary land development matters
- Work directly with partners and clients, taking increasing ownership of matters
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
What You'll Need
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of land use and zoning experience
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Working knowledge of Florida land use, zoning and development regulations
- Experience preparing and processing development applications
- Major law firm or public sector experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
