We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and repairs for a residential apartment community in Middletown, NY.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant maintenance and repair requests
- Perform general carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical and other repairs
- Prepare apartments for new tenants, including apartment turnovers
- Repair and replace fixtures, doors, hardware and other building components
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Assist with general upkeep of apartments and common areas
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
Salary $23.00 - $25.00/hr
