Key Responsibilities
*Clean and maintain assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, trash removal, and supply replenishment.
*Receive, unpack, organize, and stock janitorial and facility supplies.
*Assist with office moves, including assembling and disassembling office furniture and cubicles.
*Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing and electrical work, recycling, and general interior/exterior cleanup.

Required Skills & Experience
*High school diploma or GED required.
*0-2 years of janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience.
*Floor Cleaning and Floor Buffing
*Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
*Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and knowledge of basic manual work techniques.

Preferred Skills & Experience
*Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance.
*Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or government facilities maintenance.
