We are a growing boutique commercial property management company seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role requires regular in-person collaboration at our office, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, handling maintenance requests, notices, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate vendors, schedule work, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
  • Meet vendors and tenants on-site as needed to support property operations
  • Track, manage, and follow up on work orders
  • Assist with lease administration and document management
  • Support CAM reconciliations, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in AppFolio and internal systems

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of property management or related administrative experience
  • Commercial property management experience is a plus
  • California DRE license preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; AppFolio experience is a plus
