Hospital Janitorial Cleaner (Royersford)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hospital Janitorial Cleaner to join our team in Royersford, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the hospital while following all required healthcare cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas.
- Empty and properly dispose of trash and waste according to hospital procedures.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow infection-control and sanitation procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain assigned areas according to hospital cleanliness standards.
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all hospital and company safety, confidentiality, and infection-prevention policies.
- Work professionally around patients, visitors, nurses, doctors, and hospital staff.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
- Hospital or medical facility cleaning experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude.
- Must be able to follow all required hospital safety and infection-control protocols.

Full-Time
Compensation
$14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
