BG Staffing is seeking a ROCKSTAR Leasing Consultant to join an exciting brand‑new apartment community currently in lease‑up! This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic sales professional who delivers exceptional customer service and wants real growth—this role has a clear path to Assistant Property Manager (APM).
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday work required once the summer season begins

Responsibilities:
- Lease apartments in a fast‑paced lease‑up environment
- Provide top‑tier customer service to prospects and residents
- Conduct professional community and model tours
- Follow up with prospects and close leases
- Assist with basic administrative and leasing office duties
- Help set the standard for a brand‑new community
Requirements:
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer‑facing experience required
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Professional appearance required (minimal visible piercings and tattoos)
- Weekend availability during peak leasing season
- Ability to thrive in a startup‑style, high‑visibility community
