Our Madison West based client is looking for a service-focused, individual to assist in their office. This temporary-to-hire opportunity is conveniently located off Junction Road.

- Help prospective residents identify their needs and find the right home.
- Qualify applicants, prepare leases, and process move-in documentation in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Prepare the property for daily tours and maintain model units and amenities.
- Manage the resident move-in experience from application through move-in.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, responsive resident interactions.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, phone support, and CRM updates.
- Follow up on leasing leads and maintain accurate prospect records.
- Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
- Experience with Yardi property management software.
This position requires a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended, as well as education verification.
