Janitor / Custodian – Full-Time | $17.00/hr | Multiple Shifts Available
We are seeking dependable, detail‐oriented Janitors/Custodians to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping environments spotless and functioning smoothly.
Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule Options:
- Sunday–Thursday | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday–Thursday | 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday–Thursday | 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility
- Use a shop vac and other basic carpet‐scrubbing equipment
- Clean windows, glass, and high‐touch surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Assist with snow removal and outdoor upkeep as needed
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, safe, and orderly
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, pushing, pulling)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and basic floor‐care tools
- Must pass pre‐employment screening requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
Work Environment
This position involves indoor and occasional outdoor work, including snow removal during winter months. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‐paced facility environment.
