Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities: What You'll Do
- Meet with motivated homebuyers through team-provided appointments and leads
- Build relationships with buyers and guide them confidently through the home-buying process
- Understand client needs and match buyers with properties that fit their goals
- Follow up consistently to convert qualified opportunities into closed transactions
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Manage and track your sales pipeline using CRM and scheduling systems
- Host open houses and maximize team-provided buyer opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and production
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Buyer's Agent who is ready to grow their production with the support of a high-performing team.
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Available to work full-time with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Strong team player who takes ownership and follows through
- Motivated to grow their real estate career, production, and earning potential
