We are in search of an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in San Bruno! This is a temporary assignment, 2-4 weeks.
Job Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance around the property.
- Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions
- Resolve light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs in a responsible and timely manner.
- Assist community tenants with issues.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation to San Bruno, CA
- Have valid driver's license
- 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
- Previous apartment tech is a plus
- Must possess great customer service
