POSITION: Leasing Consultant

Location: Metro on 5th Apartments

Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and support through the application process.
  • Support the move-in process for our new residents.
  • Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for the property.
  • Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years property management leasing experience preferred
  • Entrata experience preferred
