<li>Responding to resident maintenance requests and work orders</li>
<li>Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs</li>
<li>Repairing doors, locks, walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures</li>
<li>Painting and completing apartment make-ready work</li>
<li>Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections</li>
<li>Maintaining common areas, buildings, and exterior property</li>
<li>Troubleshooting maintenance problems and determining appropriate repairs</li>
<li>Using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Communicating with residents and property management regarding repairs and maintenance needs</li>
</ul>
 Shifts:
<ul>
<li>Monday - Friday</li>
<li>8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Some Weekends</li>
<li>On Call Hours</li>
</ul>
 Duration:
<ul>
<li>Temp To Hire</li>
