HIRING FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

We are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified technician with at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the Porter position.

*WEEKLY PAY*

Daily Maintenance Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance

Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

Enhance Curb Appeal: Keep our community inviting and well-maintained.
Painting: Perform touch-ups and full unit repaints to maintain a fresh look.
Trash Management: Collect trash and assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Power Washing: Clean building exteriors and pool areas for a sparkling finish.
Pool Maintenance: Maintain a neat and organized pool area, including furniture.
Janitorial Duties: Ensure cleanliness inside and outside of the property.
Lighting: Replace bulbs along walkways and parking areas for safety and visibility.
Resident Communication: Deliver notices with professionalism and a friendly approach.
Team Support: Assist with various tasks to help operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements:
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· HVAC/ EPA/ CPO Certification is a HUGE plus
