A Day in the Life

Morning starts with walk-throughs and scheduled inspections to spot issues early. Midday might bring a call to diagnose an electrical fault or track down a plumbing leak. In the afternoon, you could be assisting with the installation of new equipment or updating maintenance logs. When an unexpected breakdown happens, you’re the calm, capable pro who gets systems back online quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems efficiently.
• Document all maintenance actions and repairs with accurate records.
• Respond quickly to work orders and on-site emergencies as they arise.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
• Adhere to all applicable safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Partner with teammates to improve facility reliability and performance.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe maintenance work areas.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or similar multi-trade role.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
