We are partnering with a fantastic local organization to hire an experienced Leasing Specialist to join a welcoming and professional property management team.

What You'll Be Doing

- \n
- Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in
- Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and provide information about available units
- Schedule and conduct property and apartment tours
- Process rental applications and supporting documentation
- Assist with lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files
- Communicate professionally with prospective and current residents
- Maintain accurate and organized leasing and resident documentation
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams regarding resident needs
- Follow up with prospects and help maintain strong occupancy
- Provide general administrative and front-office support
- Ensure leasing activities are completed in accordance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable conducting property tours and speaking with prospective residents
- Experience processing applications, leases, and resident documentation
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy property management environment
- Comfortable learning and working within property management/leasing software
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred but not required: Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, affordable housing, or other income-restricted housing programs.
