Independent Cleaning Subcontractors Day and Evening Shifts Available
Tri-Cities Cleaning Services LLC is looking for dependable independent cleaning subcontractors to assist with residential and commercial cleaning contracts throughout the Tri-Cities area.
We currently have opportunities for:
- Full-Time Evening Shift
- Part-Time Evening Shift
- Full-Time Day Shift
- Part-Time Day Shift
- Nights and weekends
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes or commercial offices, medical facilities, and other professional buildings
- Perform general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and disinfecting
- Follow detailed cleaning specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional service to our clients

- Have dependable transportation
- Have a smartphone for communication and work assignments
Subcontractor Requirements
- Must be legally able to work in the United States
- Must provide your own reliable transportation
- Cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
