Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on solving problems, keeping operations running smoothly, and making a difference every day? Career Strategies is looking for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic, fast-paced community in Santa Fe, NM

We’re seeking someone who’s just as passionate about maintaining top-quality apartment homes as they are about building strong teams and positive resident experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to success

• Prioritize and assign daily work orders, ensuring high-quality and timely completion

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues

• Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted services

• Monitor safety, compliance, and cleanliness throughout the property

• Review and maintain maintenance schedules and equipment logs

• Respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently

• Ensure all maintenance operations meet company and government standards

• Support onboarding and training of new team members

✅ What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager

• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades

• Proven leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

• High safety standards and knowledge of Fair Housing laws

• Vendor coordination experience

• CPO certification is a plus!
