We’re seeking someone who’s just as passionate about maintaining top-quality apartment homes as they are about building strong teams and positive resident experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor the maintenance team to success

Prioritize and assign daily work orders, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
-
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
-
Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted services
-
Monitor safety, compliance, and cleanliness throughout the property
-
Review and maintain maintenance schedules and equipment logs
-
Respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently
-
Ensure all maintenance operations meet company and government standards
-
Support onboarding and training of new team members
✅ What You Bring:
-
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager
-
Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades
-
Proven leadership and team-building skills
-
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
-
High safety standards and knowledge of Fair Housing laws
-
Vendor coordination experience
-
CPO certification is a plus!
