Position Overview:
Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support four facilities totaling approximately 600,000 square feet in a manufacturing environment. This role will handle everything from routine building maintenance to more complex facility repairs and upkeep. Key Responsibilities- Perform general building maintenance, including light bulb replacement and routine repairs.

Troubleshoot and address facility-related maintenance issues.

Maintain building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Support the upkeep of multiple facilities, helping ensure buildings remain safe and operational.

Respond to maintenance needs ranging from basic repairs to more complex projects.
Previous experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.- Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and facility repairs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of facility maintenance issues.

Comfortable supporting multiple buildings and prioritizing maintenance needs.
