What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping state-of-the-art production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues using PLCs, VFDs, schematics, and electrical testing equipment
- Install and modify electrical and mechanical components
- Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support development of maintenance procedures and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to maximize uptime and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical, or multi-craft maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, relays, controls wiring, conduit, and terminations
- Proficiency using electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Basic computer skills for managing PM schedules, work orders, and communication
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Ability to work safely in industrial manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $91520.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
