## Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.

Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs as needed.

Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
