We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the efficient operation of our bakery production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to perform accurate repairs.

• Repair and maintain conveyor belts, gears, pulleys, and other mechanical components.

• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot three-phase motors, variable frequency drives (VFD), and electrical circuits.

• Repair pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, and compressed air systems.

• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and ammeters to detect and resolve issues.

• Assist in the installation of new equipment and modifications as needed for operational efficiency.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs and communicate effectively with the maintenance team.

• Follow safety protocols and recommend improvements to prevent future equipment failures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.

• Experience working with minimal supervision and independently troubleshooting equipment issues.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production facilities.

• Certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or process control.

• Experience with TIG, MIG, or Stick welding.

• Familiarity with automation systems and PLCs.

Work Environment:

• Noise Exposure: Machinery operates continuously, requiring hearing protection.

• Temperature Variations: Some areas may be hot due to ovens, while others are cold due to refrigeration systems.

• Wet or Slippery Surfaces: Wet conditions may be present due to cleaning and production processes.

• Proximity to Moving Equipment: Strict adherence to safety protocols is required.

• Work at Heights and Confined Spaces: Some tasks may involve working in elevated or restricted areas.
