IMMEDIATE HIRE for an experienced EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to work at apartment communities in Maitland, FL. NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
• Must have HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification is required!
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have personal hand tools and drill.
• Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation Repairs

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
• Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
