Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Maintenance TechnicianPeople Plus is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad maintenance background who enjoys hands-on work and can complete tasks independently.Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule:
- Through July 24: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Beginning July 27: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete groundskeeping and basic landscaping duties.
- Paint and perform minor carpentry projects.
- Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Assist with minor HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Lift, move, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
- Work independently while prioritizing daily maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with supervisors on projects requiring outside contractors.
Qualifications:
- Previous general maintenance experience required.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
