Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
• Assist experienced agents in preparing and conducting property showings, gaining hands-on experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Utilize the provided leads to actively pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
• Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• No Experience required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being a proactive learner, eager to absorb new information and apply it in real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with Odessa, TX, and its surrounding areas, or a willingness to quickly learn about the local real estate market.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
