We are seeking experienced leasing consultants to help lease apartment communities in Cedar Park, TX, and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.
***Some Weekend Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends! ***
Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
- Bilingual is a Plus!
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
- Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
- Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
