Job Description Janitorial Associate Location: Springfield, Ohio Pay: $16 per hour Shift: 1st Shift - Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Position Summary We are seeking a Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness throughout a manufacturing facility specializing in the production of corrugated cardboard boxes. This position helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning throughout the facility
- Sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste
- Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties in a manufacturing environment
- Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
