Location:
Kermit TX office, Field locations in Kermit Tx and Mentone Tx.

Salary:

$110,000+ Negotiable Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent-Heavy Equipment Experience with a background in Truck Mechanics and Heavy Equipment, that has a strong ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and the desire to improve each and every day out in the field.
• As the Fleet Maintenance Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations for a large team of skilled mechanics, while keeping track of services and repairs, inventory management, and analyzing the fleet for maintenance and replacement needs
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all Heavy Equipment,
• Identify areas of improvement, enact process changes, and optimize overall fleet and transportation efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of safety and security throughout the while ensuring that all maintenance operations are performed efficiently and according to protocol.
• Track maintenance expenses for services and repairs while preparing reports to senior management to ensure that maintenance costs remain within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicles, equipment, and machinery to identify maintenance, service, and repair needs.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment and fleet infrastructure is properly maintained to avoid downtime.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Fleet and Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
• Hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment such as Excavators, Haul Trucks, Dozers, Water Truck and so on.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, equipment, and machines
• Skilled and experienced with overseeing multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven expertise in managing dispatch, fleet, and transportation operations.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities

Job Type:

Full Time, On-Site

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift, weekends on call.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5+ years Fleet Management for Heavy Equipment
• 5+ Heavy Equipment Maintenance

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
