Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Property Mgmt Associate to support daily property and office operations in a busy onsite environment in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can balance administrative coordination with strong tenant and customer support. The role focuses on keeping records accurate, assisting with financial processing, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day facility management activities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a range of administrative tasks that support property and office operations, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Review and track certificates of insurance to confirm documentation is complete and compliant with site requirements.
• Enter invoices into internal systems and assist with routine financial coordination related to property management activities.
• Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries, answering incoming calls, and directing requests to the appropriate contacts.
• Support onsite access processes, which may include preparing or issuing identification credentials for staff, visitors, or vendors.
• Maintain organized records, files, and operational documentation to help the team function efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Coordinate with the onsite manager to help prioritize daily needs and keep office and facility-related tasks moving forward.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative and accounting-related assignments as business needs arise.• Strong computer literacy and confidence using standard office software and data entry systems.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally in person and over the phone.
• Excellent organizational abilities with close attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced onsite office setting.
• Experience handling administrative support tasks such as recordkeeping, invoice entry, or coordination work.
• Familiarity with insurance verification, property operations, or facility support is preferred.
• Exposure to basic accounting processes or financial administrative work is a plus.
