What You’ll Do:
- Work buyer and seller leads from first contact to close
- Conduct client consultations and home showings
- Draft and manage contracts and timelines
- Keep your CRM and lead tracking updated
- Stay current on market conditions and best practices
Requirements:
- Active NC real estate license (required)
- Full-time availability
- Organized, communicative, and coachable
- Willing to follow up with leads consistently
Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000 annually (commission-based with bonus opportunities)
Schedule: Flexible, with some weekend availability
