Position Details
- Position: Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant

- Pay: $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends Required)
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.
- Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships.
- Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.
- Support daily leasing office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous apartment leasing experience required.
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
