Overview:
We are seeking an experienced service tech to support two adjacent properties, where time will be split
between both properties and assist with the following:
Responsibilities:
*Make-readies and unit turns
*Grounds cleanup
*Assistance with appliance installations
Requirements:
*Must have their own tools
*Will float between both properties as needed
Schedule: Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
