NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Location: Carrollton, TX 75010
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career? We’re seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and is interested in a long-term, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- Handle carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
- Assist with apartment unit turns and make-ready preparation.
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- HVAC/EPA certification required.
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Interest in long-term, permanent employment.
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
