- Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Location: Prunedale (by 101 and San Miguel Canyon Road)
- We are looking for reliable and experienced security personnel to join our growing company. This position involves providing security patrol services.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Sunday (Multiple Shifts)
- Shift: Between 10 pm to 9 am
Requirements:
- Send resume and 1 reference
- Previous security or patrol experience preferred, 1-2 years
- Must have a valid California Guard Card
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Reliable transportation
- Must have clean driving record
- Consistent attendance record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during the entire shift
- Must be able to walk and patrol the property regularly
- Must pass a background check and driving record check
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the building and surrounding property
- Monitor parking lots, walkways, entrances, and common areas
- Maintain a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unwanted activity
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Address unauthorized individuals and rule violations professionally
- Assist tenants, customers, and property management when needed
- Document incidents and complete daily activity reports
Contact management, law enforcement, or emergency services when appropriate
Salary : $19-$22 per hour
