We are looking for a skilled Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Inspect and assess vacant units for necessary repairs and maintenance.</li>
<li>Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.</li>
<li>Perform touch-up painting as required.</li>
<li>Coordinate with property management on maintenance priorities for unit readiness.</li>
<li>Document work completed and report issues with vacant unit to management.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.</li>
