We need a dependable&nbsp;Maintenance Technician&nbsp;for apartment complex. You will fix and keep up the buildings, units, and outdoor spaces. Your work ensures residents have a safe and comfortable home.
Key Responsibilities

<li>HVAC Care:&nbsp;Fix and service heating and cooling units. Check systems to make sure they work right.</li>
</ul>

<li>Pool Care:&nbsp;Manage the community pool using your&nbsp;CPO certification&nbsp;if you have it. Test water and keep the pool clean.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>General Repairs:&nbsp;Fix plumbing leaks, broken lights, and minor electrical issues. Patch drywall and paint rooms.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Unit Turns:&nbsp;Get empty apartments ready for new renters to move in fast.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>On-Call Duties:&nbsp;Answer emergency repair calls after normal work hours when it is your turn.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>

<li>Skills:&nbsp;Know how to use basic tools for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Experience:&nbsp;Work history in apartment maintenance or a related building field.</li>
</ul>

<li>Certifications:&nbsp;EPA certification for HVAC work is a big plus. CPO certification is preferred.</li>
