Shift:
Apartment 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Apartment 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:15 am - 1:15 pm

Weekly Hours: 21 Hours

Location: Richfield, MN

Job Description:
You must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable car to qualify for this position. This cleaner will be cleaning 2 apartment complexes that are less than a 10-minute drive apart.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

• Vacuum carpeted areas of hallways and entryways
• Sweep and mop laundry room and wipe down washer/ dryer machines
• Empty trash bins from inside and outside of the property
• Wiping Down Surfaces
