Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Sauk County Health Care Center. Will also consider a full-time split between Sauk County Health Care Center and either Soldiers Grove Health Care Center (Soldiers Grove, WI) or Wisconsin Dells Health Services (Wisconsin Dells, WI) a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact.
