Job Description

The Bledsoe Group is looking for a Building Maintenance Technicianto work on the Micron Campus.

This position is ideal for retired military personnel who are enjoying retirement but still want to make a difference.

Responsibilities

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred
Experience in Handyman type construction, patching walls, painting,
Knowledge of proper use of equipment and materials used on commercial construction projects
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Full time shifts, M-F 7am-3:30pm
M-F, No Weekends
