Job Summary

A growing property management organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, Property Management for a direct hire opportunity in San Ramon, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys overseeing daily property operations, supporting maintenance technicians, coordinating vendors, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents or tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and overall property upkeep.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and outside contractors to manage projects, repairs, service contracts, and performance expectations.
- Partner with the Property Manager on maintenance planning, budgeting support, compliance needs, inspections, and operational priorities.
- Perform or supervise hands-on maintenance work involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, general repairs, and building systems.
- Ensure safety policies, maintenance procedures, building standards, and documentation practices are followed consistently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
